As soon as possible! We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for any events to avoid a late booking fee. If your event is at a venue outside of your home, we recommend contacting us before securing the venue to ensure your first choice of character and time is available!
When should I submit my request?
What if I need to postpone my event?
We understand that events may need to be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule, your deposit will be held for 3 months from your party date before expiring. If your party is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time your deposit is non-refundable.
Can I make changes after paying my deposit?
Yes! If any changes are made that adjust the price of your event the remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate changes due to scheduling and character availability.
What time should the Character arrive?
We recommend inviting your character at least 15 minutes after your guests are scheduled to arrive. This gives time to accommodate for any late comers to your event.
How can I tip the Character
If you would like to provide a tip, please feel free to do so with cash in an envelope at the end of the party (so the children do not see the exchange of money). Any tips will go entirely to the character!
Last Minute Requests
If your event is less than 2 weeks from your request we would be happy to still try to make some magic happen for you! Please note there is a $50.00 Late Booking Fee that will be applied to the cost of your event.
I don't see the characher I want!
We are continuously adding more characters to our roster. While we do not take custom character requests at this time, let us know the theme of your event and we will do our best to accomodate.
What forms of payment can I use?
Our booking system is operated with PayPal. However, if that is not possible for you please let us know and we would be happy to make other accommodations.
What about the boys? Will they enjoy they Princesses?
Our parties are designed for all children, regardless of gender. Everyone loves a bit of magic!
How much space will I need?
Our characters need enough room for your guests to sit on the floor comfortably in a circle. We recommend limiting other distractions during your Character visit such as toys, bouncy castles, or other activities.
Can I contact you via phone or social media?
Due to the high volume of requests we receive we are no longer able to process requests over the phone. The fastest way to contact us is via email! We are not able to discuss party details over Instagram.
